I am a busy mum of 2 who has been working for a global financial services firm for over 10 years. I used to be constantly tired, living on caffeine and sugar thinking food has nothing to do with how I feel and perform.
I ended up frantically moving countries and jobs to finally realise I am suffering with depression. It made me rethink completely how I eat and live every day. I have since gained a qualification in Nutritional therapy and helped others reverse their type 2 diabetes, emerge from the brain fog, gain more energy and feel better in their own skin.
My approach
No two people are the same – so what works for one person would not necessarily work for the next one. That’s why I believe in an individualised approach to each of my clients. I spend time understanding how you feel and what works for you.
I will build a nutrition and lifestyle plan which is tailored to your specific needs and is made of simple small changes which over time will have a profound impact on your health and performance. You will have more energy for your work, hobbies and family, you will be more focused and regain clarity.

What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Nutritional therapy practitioners use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. This approach allows them to work with individuals to address nutritional balance and help support the body towards maintaining health.
Nutritional therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and wellbeing.
