About me

Having spent the last 10 years in a busy corporate environment, I found myself in my early 30s frantically changing jobs, moving countries and mentally and physically exhausted. I did not realise how my mental and physical health was impacting my life. I started experimenting with nutritional advice which was only ever more confusing, until I found the brilliant essay by Michael Pollan Unhappy Meals. I decided it’s time to go and find out more and this is how I ended up enrolling in a three year Nutritional Therapy course.

Having experienced depression and anxiety, being overweight and finding my own way back to health, I believe in making small changes and taking small steps every day. I am passionate about supporting others in transforming their health and achieving their full potential, because when we feel at our best there is hardly anything we can’t do.
